MTSU student Ashton Streifert, 23, gives blood Monday at the Student Health, Wellness and Recreation Center during an American Red Cross blood drive. Streifert, an Atlanta native and recording industry major, said it wasn’t the first time she’d given blood, but it was “the first time in a long time.” The blood drive continues until 4 p.m. today at the Rec Center.
