Take a closer look at MTSU during upcoming True Blue Preview

MTSU not only will be rolling out the blue carpet but a brand new signature event — True Blue Preview — for the first of two fall open houses for prospective students and parents to learn more about the university’s academic programs and outstanding value.

True Blue Previews, which feature an expanded itinerary and more opportunities for students and families to explore, will be held this fall on Saturday, Sept. 21, and Saturday, Nov. 2.

MTSU conducts True Blue Previews to invite prospective students to see the campus;, take extended tours led by student guides; learn about academic departments and student services, housing, programs and student organizations; meet faculty and staff from academic areas and the Division of Student Affairs; and explore some of the services that are provided to students. This distinctive recruiting event also gives top university officials an opportunity to welcome future Blue Raiders to campus.

“This is the best time to explore what it means to be ‘True Blue,’” said Linda Olsen, undergraduate admissions director. “True Blue Preview offers the premier visit experience and is customized based on your needs.”

Along with touring the campus during True Blue Previews, visitors can participate in academic and departmental presentations, receive information on financial aid and scholarships and choose from different special interest sessions.

True Blue Previews in 2020 are already scheduled for Feb. 22 and March 21.

True Blue Preview, True Blue Tour and daily campus tours are free for high school, home-schooled and transfer students. To learn more, visit www.mtsu.edu/rsvp or call 615-898-5670.
