The Middle Tennessee State University Board of Trustees announces the following committee meeting and board meeting for Wednesday, April 3.

Both meetings will be held in the Miller Education Center, Second Floor Meeting Room, 503 E. Bell St.

• Audit and Compliance Committee: 10 a.m.; Agenda items include approval of minutes; recommendation concerning policy revisions; and, information and discussion on conflicts of interest disclosures, compliance with public records requests, external reviews, and quarterly report on results of internal audits.

• Board of Trustees: 1 p.m.; Agenda items include reports from board committees; approval of items including minutes, proposed rules and policy revisions, academic programs and degrees, institutional mission statement and mission profile, expense limit for president’s spouse, and building name; and, information including reports of the president and board secretary.
