The Middle Tennessee State University Board of Trustees will hold a rulemaking hearing and its quarterly meeting on Wednesday, Dec. 6.
The meeting, which is open to the public and will also be livestreamed, begins at 1 p.m. Dec. 6 in the Miller Education Center, Second Floor Meeting Room, 503 E. Bell St. For parking details, go to https://www.mtsu.edu/maps/.
At the rulemaking hearing, the board will consider Rule 0240-07-02 Residency Classification-Amendment. A copy of the rule is included in the meeting materials, which may be accessed at https://mtsu.edu/boardoftrustees/meetings/350/2023-12-06.
Interested persons will have the opportunity to provide comments and present facts, views, or arguments as concerns this rule. Those wishing to participate should be present in the second-floor atrium at 1 p.m. Each person will have up to five minutes to present their remarks. Written comments should be received by 4:30 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 5, to ensure consideration and may be submitted by mail or email to:
