MURFREESBORO, Tenn. — Middle Tennessee State University’s Board of Trustees will hold a its quarterly meeting on Tuesday, Sept. 10. The meeting begins at 1 p.m. in the Miller Education Center, Second Floor Meeting Room, 503 E. Bell St.
