The August 2017 edition of the “Out of the Blue” television magazine program from Middle Tennessee State University, available to watch above, features:

• An update from Dr. Jessica Carter of the School of Agribusiness and Agriscience on the newly branded MTSU Creamery and MTSU’s award-winning chocolate milk‘s wider availability across the Midstate.
• A chat with Dr. Ron Henderson, chair of the Department of Physics and Astronomy, about the first total solar eclipse in North America since 1979 and the on-campus events MTSU has planned for the “Great Tennessee Eclipse” event on Aug. 21.
