MURFREESBORO, Tenn. — In the October edition of “Out of the Blue,” the television program for Middle Tennessee State University, viewers are welcomed into the newly named Scott Borchetta College of Media and Entertainment to learn all about what the college has to offer.
This month’s guests were interviewed by program host Andrew Oppmann, vice president of the Division of Marketing and Communications.
October’s guests include:

After celebrating the name change earlier this year, Borchetta shares his vision for the college and why he chose to become involved with MTSU.

• Karli Sutton, reporter for True Blue TV, takes to the ice to highlight MTSU’s revitalized Club Hockey Team in a special video package.
The package focuses on the team’s recent 2025 conference championship win and how teamwork led them to that success.

• Dr. Ken Blake, professor and director of Graduate Studies in the Borchetta College of Media and Entertainment, introduces the new Digital Media master’s program offered by the college.
