Jason Spray, head strength and conditioning coach for football at MTSU, spoke recently on “MTSU On the Record” with host Gina Logue on WMOT-FM (89.5 and www.wmot.org).
At the time the interview was conducted, Spray also was an associate strength and conditioning coach for men’s basketball.
Spray, a Murfreesboro native, is the winner of the 2012 Assistant Strength Coach of the Year Award from the National Strength and Conditioning Association. He coaches several professional athletes in the off-season and contributes to Stack and Premier Players magazines.
Spray earned his bachelor’s degree from MTSU in 2002 and his master’s degree from MTSU in 2005. He also was a three-year starter for the Blue Raider football team.
