The Middle Tennessee State University Board of Trustees will hold its quarterly meeting on Tuesday, June 8.

The meeting is open to the public and will be held in the Miller Education Center, Second Floor Meeting Room, 503 E. Bell St. beginning at 1 p.m. June 8.

The agenda includes reports from board committees; approval of items including minutes; tenure and promotion candidates; Board priority consistent with strategic plan; policy revisions and new policy; audit committee charter and audit charter for the audit office; permanent appointment of University Counsel; capital disclosures and capital maintenance projects submittal; tuition, fees, and housing rates; compensation; operating budgets; and appointment of new student and faculty Trustees.
