An estimated 1,803 MTSU students received their degrees in two fall 2014 commencement ceremonies Saturday, Dec. 13, inside Murphy Center. Morning speaker was MTSU alumnus and current Murfreesboro Mayor Shane McFarland while fellow alumnus and current NBC News executive Ken Strickland addressed graduates in the afternoon.
