MTSU and Blackman High School signed an agreement Tuesday at Blackman’s campus for MTSU to become a partner in Blackman’s new Collegiate Academy. The agreement will allow Blackman juniors and seniors who meet eligibility standards to take up to six hours of university courses at no cost to students.
