MTSU President Sidney A. McPhee, left, Blackman High School Principal Leisa Justus, and Don Odom, director of Rutherford County Schools, sign an agreement Tuesday at Blackman for MTSU to become a partner in Blackman’s new Collegiate Academy. MTSU will offer college-level courses on the high school campus this fall and assist in the development of its academic enrichment programs.
