Col. Arlinda Bailey of Johnson City (right) assumes command of the Tennessee Wing of the Civil Air Patrol during ceremonies Saturday, March 28, at Middle Tennessee State University. Bailey received the wing’s colors from Col. Alvin J. Bedgood (center), commander of CAP’s Southeast Region, and Col. Bill Lane, the state wing’s outgoing commander.
