The Middle Tennessee State University Board of Trustees will hold a rulemaking hearing and its quarterly meeting on Tuesday, Sept. 13.
The meetings are open to the public and begin at 1 p.m. in the Miller Education Center, Second Floor Meeting Room, 503 E. Bell St. For parking details, go to http://www.mtsu.edu/maps/.
At the rulemaking hearing, the board will consider Rule 0240-07-03 Traffic, Parking, and Safety Enforcement – Amendment. A copy of the rule is included in the meeting materials, which may be accessed here.
Interested persons will have the opportunity to provide comments and present facts, views, or arguments as concerns this rule. Those wishing to participate should be present in the second-floor atrium at 1 p.m. Each person will have up to five minutes to present their remarks. Written comments should be received by 4:30 p.m. Monday, Sept. 12, to ensure consideration and may be submitted by mail or email to:
