A new group of ROTC cadets in MTSU military science were sworn in for the 2013-14 academic year on Aug. 22 in a ceremony held outside Forrest Hall, the building that houses the program.
U.S. Army Lt. Col. Joel Miller, professor of military science, performed the swearing-in ceremony.
