MTSU’s Todd Art Gallery offers showcase of new student works

MTSU’s Todd Art Gallery is featuring the work of beginning fine arts students with a special exhibit, “Foundations Showcase 2013,” which runs through Thursday, Oct. 10, on campus.

Works by three of the beginning student artists on exhibit in MTSU’s new “Foundation Showcase 2013” are featured on the exhibit card. The works are by, from left, Tobias Ferrell, Diane Arroyo and Felicia Cannon.

Artwork from students in the Department of Art’s Drawing 1, Drawing 2, Two-Dimensional Design and Three-Dimensional Design classes is on display in Room 224A inside Todd Hall weekdays from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Art professors Charles Clary and Meghan O’Connor are curating the student exhibit.

Todd Art Gallery exhibitions are always free and open to the public. The gallery is open from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday and is closed on state and university holidays.
