• Karen Reed, an associate professor of library user services at the James E. Walker Library, co-delivered a virtual presentation on how the COVID-19 pandemic led to increases in librarians’ online workload May 18 at the 2022 Education and Behavioral Sciences Section Virtual Research Forum. The video, which was posted to YouTube May 19, is available here.

• Dr. Louis Kyriakoudes, director of the Albert Gore Research Center and a professor of history, analyzed the impact of the 1981 Professional Air Traffic Controllers strike for a May 19 story at https://www.history.com. His comments are available here.
