Raider Review: September 28, 2018

Welcome to another edition of the Raider Review! Here is a brief rundown of this week’s Blue Raider Athletic news and upcoming events you should watch out for.

Three Things to Know:

  • Peyton DePriest won C-USA Co-Offensive Player of the Week after 2 goals and an assist in 3-2 win over Rice.
  • Men’s Basketball Coach Nick McDevitt announced that two players have been deemed eligible for the upcoming season, transfer Reggie Scurry and freshman Junior Farquhar
  • MTSU Quarterback, Brent Stockstill has been named a semi finalist for the William V Campbell trophy.

Jam Packed Weekend for MT Athletics:

  • Started Friday morning with both Men’s and Women’s Tennis competing.
  • Football team plays tomorrow night vs FAU in our annual Blackout Game.
  • Volleyball will play Sunday vs Southern Miss
  • Women’s Soccer heads back to Texas as they play UTEP Sunday night
