New York City-based artist Chris Willcox’s “Substantia Nigra,” an oil painting on canvas, mirrored acrylic sheet and wood, is part of a special national exhibit underway through Oct. 1 at MTSU’s Todd Art Gallery. “In/finite Earth” is presented by VSA and the Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts to showcase a program for emerging artists with disabilities.
