Another MTSU employee has been recognized for outstanding service to her department, colleagues, students and the university!

Gwen Williams, center, a secretary in MTSU’s James E. Walker Library, displays the plaque she received July 25 as the university’s first Quarterly Secretarial/Clerical Award winner for 2012-13. Celebrating with Williams are Dr. Hlllary Stallings of the College of Liberal Arts, left, who also is chair of the MTSU Employee Recognition Committee, and Christy Groves, Williams’s supervisor at the library.

The MTSU Employee Recognition Committee salutes staffers who make outstanding contributions and demonstrate excellence in their roles. Winners of the Employee of the Year Awards also receive cash awards from the MTSU Foundation.
