This past weekend has been one of… if not the BEST weekends in MTSU athletic history.

Think about this:

• MT Men’s Basketball won the nation’s highest 12th true road game over LA Tech 87-70.
• The polls were then released and for the first time in history, the men’s team cracked the AP top-25.
• MT Softball won 5 games in a row. Cori Jennings threw a no-hitter. Lexi Cushing went 8-12 and had two home runs.
• MT Baseball had an opening series sweep for the first time since 2009.
• MT Men’s Tennis beat Wichita St 5 sets to 2.
• MT Women’s Basketball beat Rice 51-41.

During the week:

• Baseball lost to Alabama in Tuscaloosa 4-0.
• MT Women’s Basketball lost to UAB 65-58. Ends their 5 game road winning streak.

Coming up:

• MT Men’s Basketball plays UAB Saturday night at the Murphy Center @ 6.
• MT Women’s Basketball travels for their last road game of the year on Sunday as they take on Charlotte @ 12.
• MT Baseball hosts the Mule Mix Classic this weekend, three games at home.
• Softball travels to Madeira Beach for the EMU Madeira Beach Spring Invitational, they will have 5 games over the weekend.
• Men’s Tennis host another Big-10 opponent in Wisconson this Sunday @ 10 AM.
• Women’s Tennis host in-state opponent Chattanooga tonight @ 5 and Tulane Sunday @ 1:30.
