Motown hit-maker Lamont Dozier was named a Fellow of the Center for Popular Music at MTSU during a special ceremony held Wednesday, Oct. 21, in the James Union Building. Dozier is the second person to be so honored by the university’s special Tennessee Board of Regents’ Center for Excellence.
