MTSU’s Department of Military Science held a 9/11 Observance Ceremony on Sunday, Sept. 11, at the Veterans Memorial outside of the Tom H. Jackson Building. The event was held to commemorate the 15th anniversary of the terrorist attacks that occurred Sept. 11, 2001, killing nearly 3,000 people at the World Trade Center, the Pentagon and in Pennsylvania.
