MURFREESBORO, Tenn. — For prospective high school and transfer students considering Middle Tennessee State University as your college choice: Come for a visit Saturday, Feb. 8, and Saturday, March 22, and receive the blue carpet treatment during spring True Blue Preview events.
Hundreds of prospective students and their families are planning to attend, but there’s still time to register for the free events in advance by going to www.mtsu.edu/rsvp.

Preview day events start at 9 a.m. in the Student Union and end midafternoon.
True Blue Preview events are a special day where high school and transfer students can enjoy the full campus experience. Top university officials and staff welcome many prospective students to campus, providing information and answering their questions.
Visitors can participate in academic and departmental presentations, receive financial aid and scholarship information and choose from many different special interest sessions that are customized, based on the prospective students’ needs.

Strode provides a bonus incentive: “Seniors who haven’t applied yet can attend our free application workshop to complete their application — and we’ll waive the fee.”
Strode said it is “a great opportunity to experience campus life and learn what it’s like to be a future Blue Raider. We look forward to welcoming you.”
