MTSU Out of the Blue: February 2017

The February 2017 edition of the “Out of the Blue” television magazine show from Middle Tennessee State University, available to watch above, showcases:

• MTSU’s new Fermentation Sciences Program and its new major, which director Dr. Tony Johnston says will allow students to learn the science behind many of our most popular food and beverage options.

• The university’s “Music Man,” Dr. Rapheal Bundage, and his roles in our School of Music and as the leader of the Governor’s School for the Arts.

• MTSU’s new vice provost for research and dean of the College of Graduate Studies, Dr. David Butler, and his plans to expand our reach in both of those fields.

Along with viewing online anytime, you can watch “Out of the Blue,” with host Andrew Oppmann, on Murfreesboro cable Channel 9 daily at 7 a.m. and 11:30 a.m. and on NewsChannel5+ at 3:30 p.m. Sundays. “Out of the Blue” also is available as iTunes and Google Play podcasts and on other cable outlets in Middle Tennessee, so check local listings.
