MTSU and Turner Construction Co. celebrated a building project milestone on the new $147 million Science Building with a “topping out” ceremony on Jan. 11, 2013. Turner officials painted a beam with their logo on one end and MTSU’s logo on the other for people to sign before setting the last beam in place.
